About the learning curve of Smalltalk: I took this image froms "The art and
Science of Smalltalk" by Simon Lewis. (I downloaded the book from the
Ducasse's page)
The y axe is Discomfort and the x axe is Time.
From my experience, not young (45) and without a programming background,
apparently it takes some 300 hours of practising to begin going down the
curve.
