Taking profit of this discussion:

Have you given a look to the Advance Workbench (available as parcel at
the icc directory under VW install directory)?

This tool allows as itself calls "Integrated Round-Trip Engineering" and
adopts UML as notation.

Also, it integrates with the Documenter allowing the creation of
compount HTML documents.
