| The Center of Development Research (University of Bonn, Germany) invites
| applications for a Postdoc position within the LUCC-endorsed GLOWA Volta
| project. The research objective is to analyze changes of land and water
use
| based on spatial biophysical and socioeconomic data. Results are expected
| to contribute to the agent-based decision support system that is being
| developed to explore likely resource use changes under different policy
and
| environmental scenarios. Working language at ZEF is English; proficiency
in
| French would be an asset. The candidate is expected to supervise doctoral
| students and to work in close cooperation with a multidisciplinary
research
| team. Period: 36 months, starting from July 2003. Deadline for submission:
| 31 March 2003.
