Subject: set position of an agent

Hi all!
I have 2 problems about the position of an agent:
1. I want to set position of each agent at the first but I don't know
how to do
it.
2. I want to move a agent to a fixed cell (example: id = 20). I have essaied
with moveTo function, but I don't know how to give it the suitable parameters.
Could you give me the detailed guide of these problems?
