Subject: visual works GUI - windows position on screen

Dear all,
This is not such a serious problem but it gets irritating after some while.
When I use interface windows created with the visual works GUI Painter
Tool, they always appear crushed in the bottom of the screen instead of
appearing nicely in the center of the screen or at a specified position
as I specify in the GUI painter tool "position/size" tab.
Does anyone know how to constrain these capricious windows????
