Hello
One simple solution is to create two spatial entities. The cells which are the
basic spatial entity can belong to either a Farm aggregate or a River
aggregate. I attach a UML diagram of a model which is in the report of the
master of G. Lacombe which you can downlaoad at:

This is exactly a model in which you have different spatial entities.
