Hello Jakin,
I have test your model and I encounter no problem...
Well, let's try to understand...
1- As Christophe said, for the moment, Cormas does not allow to export
"local" probes to Excel but only the global probes.
2- which version of Cormas are you using : In the main menu of the
Cormas, select Help --> About Cormas
3- Is COM install on your VW ? In the main menu of the VisualWorks
Launcher, select System --> Parcel Manager
Then you select the "Loaded" item. In Goodies, you should see Com-All

If not, try to load COM, perhaps, it is in VW7NC/COM/...
If yes, perhaps there is a problem of settings :
In the main menu of the VisualWorks Launcher, select System -->
Preferences
Then you select the "COM Connect" item.

Check if this is the right path other change it.
If the problem still persists, please send me stack of the error :

Click on "Copy stack" and past it in your e-mail
