          REQUEST FOR PARTNERSHIP INVESTMENT

Dear friend,

I got your contact address on my desperate search for a reliable
person/company for partnership investments overseas. By introduction,
I am Mrs Monique Turko, a Sierra Leonean and wife of late Dr Colman Turko.

Before the death of my husband, he disclosed to me about the total
sum of ($12musd) twelve million us dollars he deposited under a
suspense account with a bank in Abidjan Ctte dIvoire. This fund
represents the huge Sales of gold and diamond he diverted while
in office as the director general for gold and diamond Mining Co-operation
in Sierra Leone .For security reason according to my late husband,
he made an agreement with the bank that his partner/beneficiary
will come forward to submit his banking details for onward transfer
of the fund to his account. Dr Colman Turko, my late husband adviced
me, in case he dies, I should look for a foreigner who will stand
as the beneficiary of the fund so that the fund will be transfered
into his/her account for partnership investment.

Right now, I am in Abidjan Ctte dIvoire with my son (Duke Turko),
for the purpose of transferring this fund to a trustworthy account.
Meanwhile, I am writing to know if you can stand as the beneficiary
of the fund and to also provide me your banking details and phone
and fax numbers, so that I will submit it to the bank for transfer
of the fund for partnership investment you may indicate in your
country. Note that after the transfer is made into your account,
you will then withdraw some money and send to us in order for me
and my son to secure the necessary documents to enable us come over
to meet you for onward investment as stipulated.

On confirmation of your interest to assist us, the certificate of
deposit with the lodgement receipt of the fund, which was issued
to my late husband by the bank on the day he deposited the fund,
will be forwarded to you for your confirmation. You may choose to
discuss percentage, if you do not wish to go into partnership with
me and my son, 2% will be set aside for any expenses that might
rise during the transfer, and please be co-operating enough as to
understand that this transaction needs to be handled confidentially and with utmost secrecy.

As the transaction interest's you, I await your immediate positive response.

Best wishes,

Mrs Monique Turko and Duke Turko (son)
